1. Do you refill the bulk carts or
replace them? IF so how much are the
replacement carts with ink? A: Both options are
available. You can either find the 50ml replacement cart at
www.inkjetfly.com for $4~5 or refill with your own ink to the
carts.
2. Can't get the printer to recognize the
black cartridge on Epson 2200 A: There is a gap
between the black cartridge and the wall of the print head/carriage
assembly. We suggested placing a spacer in that area to push the black
cartridge a bit to the right.
3. Can I refill with other vendor's
ink? A: With Inkjetfly
unique design,
switch different type of inks couldn't be easier. Just unplug blue plug
at the bottom of Inkjetfly cartridge and fill with your own inks. You
do not need to purge ink left in the cartridge if you have another
empty one.
(Ink can be
injected after removing blue plug.)
4. There are some air bubbles in the ink
tubes,
does this cause issues ?? A: It is very
normal some bubbles left in tube after manufacturing. The
CIS internal cartridge has the air pressure hole and buffer
compartment. When the bubble goes into the catridge, it will be
released out. So it won't effect the ink flow and does not cause issues.
5. How much for each color ink
bottle? size? A: The single
replacement cart is $4.95 with 50ml high quality ink.
6. How do you refill the ink into
the Bulk holders? A: Just plug in the
new external cartridge to refill the ink. The new external cartridge
can be found at www.inkjetfly.com
