RETURN POLICY (15% Restocking Charge):

Inkjetfly.com is committed to your satisfaction.

We will accept any unopened merchandise within 30 days of the date received for a refund on the purchase price less a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee and any shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on open merchandise, unless it was defectively manufactured (see below).

o If you feel that your purchase was defectively manufactured please see section below "Defectively Manufactured".

o If you received a package damaged in transit, please *refuse* it. If it is too late to refuse, and you did not sign for it damaged, please call the trucking company and file a claim immediately. Let us know if we can help.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number must accompany all returned items, please call 408-512-4088 (9:00AM-6:00PM PST Monday through Friday) or e-mail support@inkjetfly.com for this number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused. If you simply did not like the merchandise, and have opened it, we are sorry but we cannot accept your return. We do not accept returns of sample packages, custom made items, closeout or sale items.

All returns must be shipped back to us with trackable shipping service method (Tracking number need to be provided at earliest manner). Please take into consideration that you are paying for the freight back to us. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Items returned in damaged or used condition, which cannot be resold, will be sent back to you. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.

After 30 days, the RMA# is deemed expired and the item(s) are no longer viable for return or for credit.

**Important Disclaimer for Inkjetfly Continuous Ink System**
If you buy our bulk ink to fill your own cartridges, or for a bulk feeding system, please be advised that we will not be responsible for any technical issues, quality control issues or financial issues that may arise, although we will do our best to help trouble-shoot. Further, we can not take back for Return or for Credit any product that has been associated with your effort to fill or to refill cartridges, or bulk feeding systems.

Due to the nature of the manufacture of the product, we can not take back an open or used Inkjetfly Continuous Ink System. Before you purchase the system, please be sure to do your due diligence and make sure that it is a system that you want. We would be very glad to offer as many testimonials and customer feedback for your evaluation and analysis prior to your purchase. We will also offer you a special discount off of prefilled cartridges so you can test the ink version of your choice prior to setting up a Inkjetfly System.

Defectively Manufactured:
If you feel that your merchandise was defectively manufactured, please call (408-512-4088) or e-mail support@inkjetfly.com. You have 30 days from your products ship date to notify us of a defective product. An RMA# must be given to you to accompany the item(s) to be returned. Without an RMA#, you cannot be credited. Any product found to be defective will be replaced upon the return and inspection of the defective product.
o Inkjet cartridges are not deemed defective if the technical issue relates to a software color management issue.
o Ink is not deemed defective if you use a different brand of media that is not compatible with such ink set
o Inkjetfly Continuous Ink Systems: We will replace any defective part(s) immediately. We cannot take take back an opened, or used Inkjetfly CIS.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on the package. Once you have obtained a RMA# from our Customer Service Department, via e-mail, or phone 408-512-4088, please mark the RMA# prominently on the box and ship to:

DISCLAIMER

As InkjetFly Continuous Ink Systems are self installed by the user, InkjetFly is not responsible for any damages to your printer, whether they are or are not related to the InkjetFly Continuous Ink System. Please contact the store or dealer where the printer was purchased, or the printer manufacturer for any problems or questions related to the printer and its operation. If the Customer chooses to use ink in the system from a manufacturer other than InkjetFly, and is not satisfied with that ink, or it clogs the printer or the Continuous Ink System, it will be the Customers responsibility to pay for the parts to repair the system and restore it to normal usage.

WARRANTY

InkjetFly CIS systems are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the period of twelve months from date of system purchase. CIS cartridges are warranted for the period of six months from date of system purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

We can only guarantee that the InkjetFly Continuous Ink Systems will deliver InkjetFly ink just as well as a normal ink cartridge. We will not accept unauthorized returns of used systems, nor can we accept returns of systems filled with an ink that the customer later decides does not meet their specific needs. You are encouraged to take all steps necessary to verify that InkjetFly inks will produce a satisfactory result before installing this CIS. If in doubt, ask for a print sample from us.
